Cowboys NRL team list: Round 21 v Broncos

North Queensland Toyota Cowboys Head Coach Todd Payten has named Jake Clifford and Tom Mikaele to return for Saturday’s blockbuster XXXX Derby against the Brisbane Broncos at Queensland Country Bank Stadium.

Clifford returns at five-eighth after being rested last weekend and is set to play alongside Tom Dearden for the first time since Round 10.

Jaxon Purdue will switch back to centre with Zac Laybutt shifting to the interchange.

Mikaele makes his return from concussion at prop, with Griffin Neame reverting to the interchange.

Saturday’s game kicks off at 7.35pm.
