North Queensland Toyota Cowboys Head Coach Todd Payten has named his 22-man squad for the historic season-opener against the Newcastle Knights at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.
The Cowboys could have as many as four club debutants, although Reed Mahoney is the only confirmed starter after being named at hooker.
Soni Luke, Liam Sutton and Matt Lodge also remain in the hunt for a club debut.
Jaxon Purdue will begin the season at centre, with Jake Clifford named to partner Tom Dearden in the halves.
Sam McIntyre has been named to start in the second row with Jeremiah Nanai sidelined with a shoulder injury.
Griffin Neame has overcome shoulder and calf injuries to be named on the interchange.
The game kicks off at 6.15pm in Las Vegas (12.15pm QLD).
