North Queensland Toyota Cowboys Head Coach Todd Payten has been forced into a pair of late changes for Sunday's XXXX Derby at Cbus Super Stadium.
Jordan McLean (calf) and John Bateman (groin) have both been ruled out, which sees Griffin Neame and Kai O'Donnell added to the run-on side.
Kaiden Lahrs is set to play just the second game of his NRL career, with the 19-year-old a late inclusion on the bench.
