Late mail: Round 19 v Penrith

North Queensland Toyota Cowboys Interim Head Coach Josh Hannay has made one late positional change to his side for Friday night's clash with the Penrith Panthers. 

Tom Gilbert will start in the second-row for the third straight week, with Gavin Cooper to come off the bench.
