Viliami Vailea, Jake Clifford, Jason Taumalolo and Tom Mikaele have been named to return from injury for the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys in Sunday afternoon’s meeting with the Parramatta Eels at CommBank Stadium.
Taumalolo has been sidelined with calf injuries since Round 9, but has been named to return at prop this weekend.
Clifford, who was originally named to return from a quad injury last weekend, has been named at five-eighth with Jaxon Purdue returning to the centres.
Vailea will partner Purdue in the centres as he makes his comeback from an ankle injury.
Mikaele has been named on the interchange after missing the past fortnight with a knee injury.
Griffin Neame (shoulder) and Robert Derby (knee) are set for extended stints on the sidelines, with timelines on their respective injuries to become clearer in the coming days.
Sunday’s game kicks off at 4.05pm.
