XXXX lays the foundations for North Queensland Toyota Cowboys NRLW future

North Queensland Toyota Cowboys Platinum Partner XXXX has teamed up with the club’s maiden NRLW squad in a milestone multi-year foundation partnership.

The partnership will see the XXXX logo displayed prominently on the Cowboys NRLW squad’s playing shorts from the NRLW Premiership season opener in July 2023.

Cowboys Chief Executive Jeff Reibel said announcing the foundation partnership in the same week as the club’s inaugural NRLW signing Emma Manzelmann, was ‘perfectly timed’.

XXXX signs on as inaugural NRLW partner

“XXXX has been there since the beginning, including our first NRL signing of Dean Schifilliti, and is here nearly 30 years later, to give our inaugural NRLW squad and signings the same strong start,” Mr Reibel said

“We’re thrilled this partnership will support a new generation of footy fans to create Cowboys memories akin to those we’ve experienced in years gone by, such as the thrill of a XXXX Derby or joining in with a post-win team song, toasted with a XXXX GOLD,” he said.

“In XXXX’s three decade-long relationship with the Cowboys we’ve worked hand-in-hand to elevate the lives of regional Queenslanders through foundation initiatives that centre on the passion, practice and playing of football.”

XXXX’s long standing Platinum Partnership has seen the iconic beer logo appear on the club’s media polo, training kit and playing shorts for several years.

Chris Allan, Brand Director at XXXX said the Cowboys NRLW foundation partnership was an important addition to the brand’s long-term support of the club.

“In our 145th year of brewing in Queensland, XXXX has become synonymous with rugby league and a favourite of footy fans, whether poured on tap at a stadium or retrieved from an esky in the backyard,” Allan said.

“We’re deeply humbled to have such an impactful role in growing Queensland’s beloved game by directly supporting the Cowboys to create new career pathways up here in North Queensland.”
