Community Requests


The North Queensland Toyota Cowboys are active in promoting and partnering with community groups and fundraising efforts and assist many organisations, associations, charities and individuals every year to achieve specific outcomes.

Requests for assistance are welcomed and each one is assessed individually. While the Cowboys would love to help all the great causes out there, unfortunately our resources (which include the players' time) are finite.

The Cowboys are committed to supporting North Queensland and regional communities and to building long-term relationships with community-minded partners.


Requests for assistance will only be accepted in writing (by mail to the address below) or submitted through the online form (link below).

All telephone, email and in-person enquiries/requests received will be directed to the online submission process. This allows us to keep track of your enquiry and ensures that we receive the information required to assess your request.

Please note: All donations provided in response to requests (including promotional items) will be sent COD (cash on delivery for postage costs only). Alternatively, a suitable postage-paid envelope may be supplied or in-person collection can be arranged.

We will endeavour to respond to your request within 14 days.

We receive many requests for assistance and appreciate your patience.

The required format for receipt of requests is via the online community request form below. This form has a number of mandatory questions that must be completed before your request can be submitted.

Please note: Priority will be given to requests submitted by Cowboys members.
