Your North Queensland Toyota Cowboys are gearing up for the 2026 NRL Telstra Premiership Finals Series!
Following the results across Round 27, the Cowboys will face the Sharks in an Elimination Final at Allianz Stadium on Saturday 12 September at 7.50pm.
The stage is set, and it’s time to Meet the Moment and show our North Queensland passion and pride when it counts. We’ll need as many Cowboys fans there as possible, as we look to make history!
Here’s everything you need to know to get finals ready.
Please note, the NRL will handle ticketing for this event. There are no in-person outlets available for ticket sales in Townsville.
COWBOYS MEMBERS PRE-SALES
Cowboys Full Season Members Pre-Sale – 10AM, Monday 7 September
Cowboys full season members will receive first priority access to an NRL pre-sale window, which will start at 10am on Monday 7 September 2026, until ticket allocation is exhausted.
A link will be sent to members before the NRL pre-sale window opens from membership@email.cowboys.com.au, so ensure membership@email.cowboys.com.au is listed as a safe-sender.
Members will then use their unique AAN code issued by the NRL, which will remain the same throughout the entire Finals Series, to purchase tickets. Don’t know your AAN code? Enter your details in the AAN Redemption Portal to find it. Members will be limited to purchasing 10 tickets per AAN code.
Cowboys Non Full Season Members Pre Sale – 4PM, Monday 7 September
Cowboys Flexi 4, Home Star, Distant Star, Super Star, Rising Star, Dual Maroons and NRLW members will receive second priority access to the NRL's pre-sale window from 4pm Monday 7 September 2026, until ticket allocation is exhausted.
A link will be sent to members before the NRL pre-sale opens from membership@email.cowboys.com.au, so ensure membership@email.cowboys.com.au is listed as a safe-sender. Members will use their generic password to purchase tickets, noting there is a limit of 8 tickets per transaction.
GENERAL PUBLIC ON SALE
Cowboys fans – 10am, Tuesday 8 September
Tickets will go on sale to the general public at 10am Tuesday 8 September 2026 at nrl.com/tickets, until ticket allocation is exhausted.
Fans are encouraged to create an account on the Ticketmaster website as soon as possible and have their login details handy.
HELPFUL HINTS
Bigpond email delays
We are aware of an issue affecting Bigpond email accounts which causes some of our membership emails to be blocked or delayed (including breaking news and ticketing information). Unfortunately, this issue is outside of our control.
We suggest members with Bigpond accounts consider establishing an alternative email (i.e. with a free service such as Gmail) to receive our membership emails in a timely fashion. Log in to your MyCowboys Account to update your email address.
