Dearden sets career-high in win over the Titans

We take a look at some of the key stats to come out of Saturday's XXXX Derby win over the Titans.

The career-high number of line breaks by Tom Dearden. The 22-year-old also had five tackle breaks, ran for 99 metres and forced two line dropouts in the win over the Titans.

The number of try assists Chad Townsend has through the opening four games, the most in the competition. Our co-captain added 466 kicking metres, 23 tackles and also forced a line dropout.

The team-high number of runs that Tom Chester made. The 21-year-old ran for 163 metres and scored the match-sealing try in the 72nd minute.

The game-high number of metres Valentine Holmes ran for, his most in a game since Round 15 last year against Manly. Holmes added a try, was a perfect 4/4 with the boot and was named the Macca’s Man of the Match.

The number of days since James Tamou’s last try as a Cowboy after he scored in yesterday’s win over the Gold Coast. The 35-year-old’s previous try for North Queensland came in Round 26, 2016 in the final season of his first stint with the club, coincidently against the Titans.
