Valentine Holmes (137)

Both Holmes and Todd Payten have indicated the 26-year-old will move to the centres fulltime in 2022, but he has played the majority of his games for the Cowboys at fullback. Possessing a devastating running game and underrated passing ability, Holmes is one of the Cowboys most feared attacking threats.

Scott Drinkwater (51)

He may have moved to the halves full-time, but Drinkwater actually began the 2021 season at fullback. A supremely gifted attacking player, Drinkwater has the ability to torch opposition defences through both his passing and running games. He has played 16 of his 51 career games in the No.1 jersey.

Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow (27)

Locked in for the No.1 jersey for 2022, Tabuai-Fidow possesses raw speed very few players in the game can match. In 13 games last season, Tabuai-Fidow scored eight tries, a number of which were highlight-reel Try of the Year contenders. His final four appearances of the season came at fullback and were enough for Payten to anoint him his No.1 moving forward.
