State of Origin Team Selector: Choose your game-one line-ups

Let's face it - deep down, you think you could do a better job than the representative selectors. Now you have your chance with the State of Origin Team Selector.

In this unusual year, now is the time for Origin selection debates.

The NRL.com interactive Team Selector has been updated to only include players from each state's 27-man squad who are available for game one in Adelaide on November 4.

Who should the Blues choose in their bid to win three straight series? Which of the many new names in Wayne Bennett's squad should play in game one as the Maroons try to reclaim the trophy.

The State of Origin series kicks off at the Adelaide Oval with matches to follow the at ANZ Stadium on November 11 then Suncorp Stadium on November 18.

Using our interactive Origin Team Selector, you can pick a 17-man squad for the Blues and the Maroons.

NSW appear to have a more settled squad heading into the series while Queensland can never be underestimated with their long-standing ability to unearth a representative diamond from the Telstra Premiership rough.

You will need an NRL Account to make your selections, if you don't have one - sign up, it's free and gives you great access and many benefits right across the NRL Digital Network.

Editor's note: Kalyn Ponga was removed from the Maroons fullback option on October 9 after it was announced he has been ruled out for the series. He was the leading vote getter (51.5 per cent) at that time.
