'Atmosphere, family, home' are words used by members and fans to describe their game day experience at 1300SMILES Stadium in the 2018 Cowboys fan survey.
North Queensland Toyota Cowboys full-season member Lyn uses 'laid-back' and 'family-oriented' when talking about her club, and by participating in the annual survey has won headgear and a kicking tee signed by Johnathan Thurston.
Lyn has been a fan from "day one" and recently joined the Cowboys family as a full-season member for the first time, explaining: "I'm at a time in my life when I'm going to do something different and not say no to everything".
By becoming a Gold Star member Lyn has secured regular season seats in the Northern grandstand for her and her daughter.
"I'm looking forward to having a regular seat and to know exactly where I'm going to be each time and to be able to come to every game.
"It was very easy to sign up to become a member and the membership team was very helpful with all the information and considerations – I'm very happy."
