Lachlan Coote (knee): There is a significant step forward for the fullback this week after he ruptured his anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in the opening game of the NRL Auckland Nines. He will start running on the Alter G treadmill on Wednesday, adding that to a rehab program that also includes regular bike rides up Castle Hill. However, there is no date for his return at the moment.

• Curtis Rona (ankle): Ligament damage from Friday night’s win against Brisbane will keep the young winger on the sidelines this weekend. He should be available for round 11.

Hezron Murgha (knee): The fullback, who had knee reconstruction surgery last year, will return for the Northern Pride in the Intrust Super Cup this weekend.

Patrick Kaufusi (pectoral): The young forward faces another three months on the sidelines after tearing his pec in the first half of the season-opening NYC game against Canberra. He has a running and modified weights program.
