Australian Rugby International Ashley Marsters will become North Queensland Toyota Cowboys NRLW player No.47 after being named to make her debut against the Warriors at Go Media Stadium in Auckland on Saturday.
Marsters has made two appearances for the Mackay Cutters to start the season as she completes her transition to rugby league.
A hooker in her distinguished union career, Marsters is expected to be deployed as a middle forward by Cowboys NRLW Head Coach Ricky Henry.
Sian Williams returns from concussion on the wing in the only other change to Henry’s side.
Saturday’s game kicks off at 3.15pm (AEST).
