Jakiya Whitfeld and Tom Dearden have been named 2024 NRLW and NRL North Queensland Toyota Cowboys Players’ Players of the Year.
Whitfeld enjoyed a tremendous first season in North Queensland, emerging as one of the most destructive outside backs in the NRLW.
The 23-year-old led the Cowboys with six tries and 58 tackle breaks in nine games, along with averaging a massive 155 running metres a game.
Dearden took his game to new levels in his first season as Cowboys skipper.
He appeared in 24 games, his third consecutive season of playing in at least 23.
