Nine from NQ pathways program named for Women's Nationals

Nine members from the North Queensland pathways program have been named for June's Women's National Championships in Redcliffe.

Halves Emily Bella and Kayla Shepherd, middle forwards Theo Mosby-Nona, Ataliah Love and Aerielle Hobbler, backrowers Libby Suhra and Montona Mook and hookers Lara Hutchinson and Etuina Suavai will all line-up for the Queensland Sapphires as they vie for a spot in the Queensland Under 19s side.

Gold Stars head coach Gavin Lloyd will lead the Sapphires, while assistant coach Marco Peters will assist with the Rubys.

Fellow Cowboys staff Ben Jeffries (Head coach), Tammy Quirke (Manager), Tandia Wood (Strength and conditioner) and Liam Bartlett (Sports trainer) will also all be part of the Under 19s Queensland Origin staff.
