We take a closer look at the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys stats following their 24-16 win over the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs at ANZ Stadium. 


The number of metres Jason Taumalolo ran for, breaking Steve Price’s record for most by a forward in a game (323 metres). The 26-year-old also had 114 post-contact metres, eight tackle breaks and a try.


The number of tackles Coen Hess and Josh McGuire made, the equal most by any Cowboy on the night. Both also only missed one tackle, tackling at 97.2%.


The number of missed tackles made by the Cowboys, second-fewest in a game this season behind only the Melbourne Storm’s 15 last week against Manly.


The number of metres the Cowboys ran for, second-most in a game this season behind only the Wests Tigers 1,958 metres last week against the Dragons.


The number of metres Josh McGuire ran for, his highest since he ran for 194 against the Bulldogs in Round 7 last year.
