2019 season review: Enari Tuala

After a strong start to his 2019 Queensland Cup campaign, North Queensland Toyota Cowboys centre Enari Tuala forced his way into Paul Green’s round 5 lineup against Melbourne.

Tuala was one of the Pride’s best through the opening five weeks, scoring two tries and averaging 130.6 metres and 5.2 tackle breaks a game.

The 21-year-old went on to play seven games in the top grade, averaging 103.5 running metres and 35.9 post-contact metres in 2019.

The Edmonton Storm junior’s best game came in round 7 when he ran for 124 metres and made five tackle breaks against the Bulldogs.

Tuala departed the Cowboys at the end of the 2019 season.
