The news that the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys family has been waiting for – our 2019 season draw will drop here at 10am (Qld) on Thursday, 25 October!
Planning for the 2019 NRL Telstra Premiership can begin in earnest at Cowboys HQ with the regular season home and away schedule locked in, while partners, members and fans can start preparing for an exciting year ahead with our new-look Cowboys team.
Only two vacancies remain with 34 of the possible 36 roster spots filled after the announcement of five new recruits in recent weeks – Ben Barba, Nene Macdonald, Tom Opacic, Dan Russell and Kurt Baptiste – plus the re-signing of Javid Bowen and promotion of under-20s young guns Logan Bayliss-Brow, Reuben Cotter, Tom Gilbert and Kurt Wiltshire.
The new season also represents the end of an era for the Cowboys, as they prepare to play their final year at 1300SMILES Stadium, before making the transition to their new home, North Queensland Stadium, from 2020.
