Taulagi joins Junior Kangaroos

North Queensland Toyota Cowboy Murray Taulagi has been called up for the Junior Kangaroos to play the Junior Kiwis in Auckland next Saturday.

The young winger takes his place in the squad beside fellow Cowboys Jake Clifford and Enari Tuala.

NRL-contracted Taulagi played 19 matches and scored nine tries for Cowboys feeder club the Northern Pride in 2018, and was also part of the Queensland Maroons under-20s squad this year.

The Junior Kangaroos v Junior Kiwis game will be the first of three between Australia and New Zealand at Mount Smart Stadium on Saturday 13 October, with the Jillaroos and Australian Kangaroos to follow in their matches against the Kiwi Ferns and Kiwis respectively.
