Tickets purchased through non-official vendors, platforms or individuals cannot be authenticated, exchanged or refunded by the Cowboys, Ticketek or Stadiums Queensland.
The Cowboys are aware of non-official third parties (including online platforms) selling home game tickets, and advise patrons to only purchase tickets through Ticketek to avoid any disappointment or financial disadvantage that may occur as a result of a transaction made through a non-official third party.
Please note that ticket scalping is an offence, based on legislation designed to allow genuine fans a fair and equitable opportunity to purchase tickets to events at 1300SMILES Stadium – visit the Stadiums Queensland website for more information: stadiums.qld.gov.au.
Cowboys memberships, both ticketed and non-ticketed options, are sold exclusively through the Cowboys membership team (via Ticketek e-commerce platform) and its nominated agent, Cowboys Leagues Club.
