North Queensland Toyota Cowboys winger Antonio Winterstein has been named in coach Paul Green's Round 8 squad to host the Newcastle Knights on Saturday for NRL Anzac Round.

Injured in the Round 2 extra-time win over the Broncos, Winterstein takes his place in a changed lineup that includes a reversal of roles for the halves combination from last start, and the return of Ray Thompson into the reserves.
The Cowboys will wear their 2017 Commemorative jerseys in the Anzac Day tribute match that includes Defence activations on-field and around the grounds, including the Army Thunder v Palm Island Skipjacks curtain-raiser.
