North Queensland Toyota Cowboys head coach Paul Green has once again swapped out his hookers as the team takes on the Gold Coast Titans at 1300SMILES Stadium this afternoon.

With a top-four finish to the regular season – and a double chance in the finals – up for grabs, the Cowboys will take the same 17 into the match as was named on Tuesday.

Veteran utility Rory Kostjasyn will start at hooker, with Jake Granville joining Coen Hess, Patrick Kaufusi and Ben Hannant on the four-man interchange bench after being originally named in the starting 13.

Today’s game kicks off at 5.30pm.
