North Queensland coach Paul Green has named a near full-strength side for the Toyota Cowboys' final trial match of the pre-season against the Gold Coast Titans at Barlow Park tonight.
Lachlan Coote will get first crack at the number one jersey while Michael Morgan will shift into the five-eighth position to partner Johnathan Thurston in the halves.
Justin O’Neill will be waiting on the right wing for any opportunity should the ball be spread wide to show off his pace, while there’s no speed lost on the opposite side with Indigenous All Star Antonio Winterstein.
Green has plenty of grunt up in the engine room, with Matt Scott and Ben Hannant the bookends to roll through the Titans lineup.
Rory Kostjaysn got the nod to start in nine, while Ray Thompson who also was part of the Indigenous All Star lineup will come off the bench.
The ever-reliable Gavin Cooper will be partnered in the second row by Ethan Lowe, while wrecking ball Jason Taumalolo rounds out the front row at lock.
Kick off for tonight's match is at 7.30pm.
