• Johnathan Thurston (shoulder): The three-time Dally M Medal winner has been ruled out of the Four Nations tournament with a shoulder injury. He will have a modified training program for the start of pre-season training in mid-November.

• Matt Scott (shoulder): The co-captain had reconstruction surgery on his shoulder today. He will begin his rehabilitation program next week and won’t start team training until after the Christmas-New Year break. It is expected he will be available for round one.

• Scott Bolton (shoulder): Reconstruction surgery today will prevent the front-rower from starting full pre-season training with his teammates next month. He should be right for round one.

Cameron King (knee): The hooker is making good progress with his rehab after rupturing his ACL in round 10. He should be able to start full training before the Christmas-New Year break.
