After making their NRL debuts for the Toyota Cowboys last weekend, Zac Santo and Sam Hoare will be back on Intrust Super Cup duties for the Mackay Cutters against Burleigh Bears at Stadium Mackay on Saturday night.

Santo has been named at fullback and Hoare in the starting front-row for the Cutters, who will be gunning for a fourth straight victory to continue their late charge towards a finals position.

Hoare played 28 minutes off the interchange bench against St George Illawarra on Saturday night with his seven hit-ups yielding 60 metres, while Santo played in the unfamiliar dummy-half role for his 15 minutes of playing time.

John Asiata will also return to the Cutters at lock after being 18th man for the Cowboys at Kogarah.

Mackay come into the weekend in 10th position on the table, three places below Burleigh and six points adrift of the top five.

The Cowboys’ other ISC affiliate, Northern Pride, have a bye in round 19.
