2026 INTERNATIONAL MEMBERSHIP (DIGITAL)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions apply to the 2026 International Membership. 

In these terms and conditions, we will refer to the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys as ‘us’, ‘we and ‘our’. All membership prices set out on this website and these term and conditions are inclusive of GST. 

By purchasing am International Membership you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and that every member listed in your membership account has read, understood and will comply with these terms and conditions.

Nothing in these terms and conditions amends, limits or excludes any rights or remedies that a member may have under the Australian Consumer Law which cannot lawfully be amended, limited or excluded.

Where your membership includes access to Watch NRL, your use of that service is also governed by the Watch NRL Terms of Use, available at https://www.watchnrl.com/terms-of-use. By accessing or activating Watch NRL, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by those Terms of Use.

REDEEMING

1. After purchasing an International Membership you will receive an email from the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys with a unique link to activate your WatchNRL 2026 Season Pass. 

2. You will receive your email to activate within seven days of purchase. Please check your junk and spam folders. 

3. You must sign up via unique code provided by North Queensland Toyota Cowboys. Excludes sign-ups or payments via third parties.

4. One redemption per person, with your subscription starting on the day of sign-up. 

5. WatchNRL is not available in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.

6. Offer is non-transferable and not available in conjunction with any other offer. 

7. Voucher must be redeemed by 31 August 2026.

MEMBERSHIP INCLUSIONS

6. By purchasing an International Membership, you become a Consumer member of the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys. 

7. As an International Member you will receive the following benefits:

i. Second priority access to NRL ticket presales for 2026 Finals Series and State of Origin. 

ii. 10% Cowboys Team Shop (excluding Members Polo) 

iii. Discounted home game tickets (max four per member per game) 

8. We may change the name of membership categories from season-to-season or introduce new categories of membership. We may also change the price of membership from season to season.

9. If you join as a member, you will receive access to inclusions not accessible to the public.

10. Membership benefits and entitlements for each season and membership category are detailed on our website at www.cowboys.com.au/benefits.

11. Membership inclusions change from season-to-season and may differ for each category. 

12. As a member, you can access your membership benefits during the whole of the club’s financial year (not just during the playing season), which is 1 November 2025 to 31 October 2026 for the 2026 season.

13. Access to WatchNRL will expire on 31 December 2026. 

14. If demand exceeds our allocation of any benefit during a season, we reserve the right to substitute that benefit with an alternative of our choice. 

CANCELLATION

15. If you cancel your WatchNRL Season Pass within the offer period, you will lose the remainder of the offer and you cannot restart the offer. 

16. If you cancel your NRL Club Membership, your WatchNRL Season Pass will be cancelled. 

PRIVACY AND COMMUNICATION

17. The North Queensland Toyota Club’s primary means of communication is email however we may also need to contact you by phone or other methods about matters relating to your membership. You must inform us of any changes to your contact details and make sure your contact details are complete and correct.

18. When you join as a member, you consent to receiving:

   i. club updates and offers;

   ii. sponsor and partner offers; and

   iii. NRL ticketing offers

19. You can unsubscribe or change your preferences for the types of emails you receive by following the link to the preference centre at the bottom of any Cowboys’ email.

20. While the Cowboys’ primary means of communication is email we may also need to contact you by phone or other methods about matters relating to your membership. You must inform us of any changes to your contact details and make sure your contact details are complete and correct.

21. Members can unsubscribe from Cowboys promotional emails at any time by visiting the preference centre or following the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every Cowboys email.

22. It is a condition of membership that members give consent to Cowboys Rugby League Football Limited, its affiliates and agents, to use their image and likeness and/or any interview statements in its publications, advertising or other media activities (including the Internet), without compensation or other remuneration, now or in the future. By joining as a member, you provide this consent, and you represent that any others who use your membership also give the same consent.

23. We will need to collect personal information from you and persons on your membership account (such as your name, age and contact details). In providing this information to us, you agree to the terms of our privacy policy, which you can view here: Privacy Policy
