2022 North Queensland Toyota Cowboys Trading Cards Promotion 

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

These Terms and Conditions apply to the 2022 North Queensland Toyota Cowboys trading card promotion. 

In these Terms and Conditions, we will refer to the 2022 North Queensland Toyota Cowboys trading card promotion as ‘the promotion’.

We will refer to the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys as 'the Cowboys', ‘us’, ‘we’ and ‘our’.

We will refer to the eligible participants of the promotion as a ‘member’, ‘you’ and ‘your’. 

By participating in this promotion, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Nothing in these Term and Conditions amends, limits or excludes any rights or remedies that a member may have under the Australian Consumer Law which cannot lawfully be amended, limited or excluded.

The promotion

1. In the 2022 season, a North Queensland Toyota Cowboys trading card set will be made available to eligible, full season members under 17 years of age to collect. 

2. One trading card will be released at each of the Cowboys 12 home games in the 2022 season (a different player will be released at each home game).

3. As part of the set, a clear storage case will also be released at a Cowboys home game for eligible members to collect.

4. Eligible members may collect one trading card, per home game. 

5. Collection will be at Cowboys home games at Queensland Country Bank Stadium in the 2022 season.

6. Collection will be offered between gates open and main game kick off at the Membership Marquee at the Northern Concourse.

7. Trading cards or the clear case cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged for cash or credit with the Cowboys.

Eligibility criteria

8. The Cowboys Trading Card promotion is open to 2022 Cowboys full season members aged 17 years and under.

9. To participate, members must be financial, full season consumer members for the 2022 season (i.e. children who don’t hold full season financial membership because they attend for free with an adult guardian or who attend as part of a corporate membership, are ineligible).  

10. A 2022 full season membership card or receipt along with the eligible members details must be presented at the time of collection (for each card).  

11. By participating in this promotion, the member and their parent/guardian agrees to the Cowboys maintaining a record of which trading cards the member has collected throughout the 2022 season.

Limited availability

12. Trading cards and storage cases will only be offered until stocks last - no guarantee is offered by us that there will be sufficient cards for every eligible member to successfully obtain any or all trading cards, or clear case. 

13. If an eligible member purchases full season membership after game 1 (i.e. from game 2) we provide no offer of the first card being made available to them, or an alternative provided, at any time. 

14. Eligible members who are unable to attend any or all Cowboys home games at Queensland Country Bank Stadium will not be offered alternative access to the promotion at any time (i.e. trading cards and clear case will not be posted to members OR placed on hold for an alternative collection date/time).

15. If there are trading cards remaining after each home game, these cards will be stockpiled by the Cowboys for a future promotion or promotion extension, the details of which will be communicated to eligible members at our discretion.

Promotion cancellation

16. The Cowboys reserves the right to suspend or cancel a members involvement in the promotion if they breach the Cowboys Members & Fans Code of Conduct or if they breach the terms of entry or have been removed by security or police from the Hutchinson Builders Centre, Queensland Country Bank Stadium or the Cowboys Leagues Club at any time. 

17. We may cancel part or all of a promotion if an event outside our reasonable control occurs that impacts or may impact on the safe delivery of the promotion, including, but not limited to: fire, storm, flood, tsunami, earthquake, explosion, war, invasion, rebellion, sabotage, epidemic, pandemic (including the Covid-19 pandemic), government intervention or orders (whether mandatory or recommended), labour dispute, labour shortage, failure or delay in transportation and act or omission of any third person (including the NRL, subcontractors, customers, governments or government agencies) (each such event a “Force Majeure Event”).

18. If a Force Majeure Event occurs that affects the promotion we will use reasonable endeavours to notify members. However, where the event is sudden or last-minute, this may not be possible. While we do not offer compensation for promotions cancelled in whole or in part due to Force Majeure Events, before or after the Force Majeure Event occurs, we will contact members about whether the affected promotion will be rescheduled or what other options may be available.

Communication and correspondence

19. The Cowboys’ primary means of communication is email however we may also need to contact you by phone or other methods about matters relating to your participation in the promotion. You must inform us of any changes to your contact details and make sure your contact details are complete and correct.

20. It is a condition of the promotion that participants give consent to Cowboys Rugby League Football Limited, its affiliates and agents, to use their image and likeness and/or any interview statements from members in its publications, advertising or other media activities (including the Internet), without compensation or other remuneration, now or in the future.

21. We will need to collect personal information from you and persons on your membership account (such as your name, age and contact details). In providing this information to us, you agree to the terms of our privacy policy, which you can view here: Privacy Policy
