Terms and Conditions

The Promoter is Cowboys Rugby League Football Limited, the Hutchinson Builders Centre, 26 Graham Murray Place, Railway Estate QLD 4810. ABN: 28 060 382 961.

These terms and conditions apply to the 2025 30 Years of Cowboys History competition, including the process we will use to select the prizes. In these terms and conditions, we will refer to the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys as ‘the Cowboys’, ‘us’, ‘we and ‘our’. We will refer to a promotion participant as a ‘competitor’, ‘participant’, ‘you’ and ‘your’. We will refer to the 2025 30 Years of Cowboys History competition as ‘the promotion’ and ‘the competition’. By participating in this promotion, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood these terms and conditions. Nothing in these terms and conditions amends, limits or excludes any rights or remedies that you may have under the Australian Consumer Law which cannot lawfully be amended, limited or excluded. 

Streetsmarts is not a promoter of this Promotion. You acknowledge and agree that Streetsmarts is not a party to the transaction and is not in any way responsible or liable in relation to that transaction or this Competition. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Streetsmarts harmless for any loss you suffer or any cost you incurs in connection with the terms and conditions of this Competition.

Promotion details:

Entry periods:

• Period 1 - Start: 9.00am, Wednesday 23 April 2025 and closes 11.59pm Wednesday 30 April 2025.  
• Period 2 - Start: 12.00am Thursday 1st May 2025 and closes 11.59pm, Saturday 31 May 2025. 
• Period 3 - Start: 12.00am, Sunday 1 June 2025 and closes 11.59pm, Monday 30 June 2025. 
• Period 4 - Start: 12.00am, Tuesday 1 July 2025 and closes 11.59pm, Thursday 31 July 2025. 

Entry method:

• Go to cowboys.com.au/30yearhistory and click on the promotional link to submit your favourite moment across our 30-year history.
• Complete all the required data entry fields on the entry form.
• The competition is advertised via the big screen during each NRL match within each entry period.

Entry eligibility requirements:

• Entrants must be 18 years of age or over

Selection of winners

• The Promotion is a game of chance. All valid entries will be entered into the applicable random computerised draw for each entry period.
• Three winners will be randomly drawn from the entries gathered during each applicable entry period and notified by email / phone as per the following schedule:
• Period 1: 1 May 2025 (Includes HG4 Cowboys v Panthers, HG5 Cowboys v Sea Eagles, HG6 Cowboys v Tigers) 
• Period 2: 1 June 2025 (HG7 Cowboys v Dolphins) 
• Period 3: 1 July 2025 (HG8 Cowboys v Storm, HG9 Cowboys v Bulldogs, HG10 Cowboys v Dragons) 
• Period 4: 1 August 2025 (Includes HG11 Cowboys v Knights, HG12 Cowboys v Broncos) 

• Prizes will be emailed to the winners within 7 business days of the winner confirming their email address to the Promoter.
• The winners will be published on www.cowboys.com.au/30yearhistory within 7 business days of each entry period’s prize draw.
• The Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Unclaimed prizes:

•  All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winners. If the Prize is not claimed by the winner by the Unclaimed Prize Date as per the unclaimed date schedule, it will be awarded to another person via a random computerised second chance draw.
• The winners of the second chance draw, if any, will be notified in writing within 2 business days of the Unclaimed Prize redraw. The winners will be published on http://www.cowboys.com.au/30yearhistory within 7 business days of the Unclaimed Prize Date.
• If any winner chooses not to take their prize, or is unable to, or does not take or claim a prize by timeframe specified by the Promoter, or is unavailable, they forfeit the prize and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the prize.

• Period 1: 3 x Double Passes to XXXX 'Scott your Thurst-on' Bar at Queensland Country Bank Stadium
• Period 2: 1 x Double Pass to XXXX 'Scott your Thurst-on' Bar at Queensland Country Bank Stadium
• Period 3: 3 x Double Passes to XXXX 'Scott your Thurst-on' Bar at Queensland Country Bank Stadium
• Period 4: 2 x Double Passes to XXXX 'Scott your Thurst-on' Bar at Queensland Country Bank Stadium

Privacy and communication:

• Entrants agree to have their email address added to the Cowboys email lists.
• Entrants can unsubscribe from Cowboys emails at any time by visiting the preference centre or following the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every Cowboys email.
• We will need to collect personal information from you (such as your name and email address). In providing this information to us, you agree to the terms of the Cowboys’ privacy policy, which you can view here: Privacy Policy
• Each entrant must ensure that any other person whose personal details have been provided by the entrant to the Promoter for the purposes of the entrant’s participation in this Promotion has given their express consent for their details to be provided to the Promoter and any of the Related Parties and to be contacted by the Promoter or any of the Related Parties in relation to this Promotion.
