- Log in to your MyCowboys Account.
- Find your renewal information in the INVOICES tab.
- Remit payment by 11.59pm, Tuesday 30 April 2024.
To join as a NEW 2024 Dual Cowboys Maroons member
- Visit our membership webpage to see your Dual Cowboys Maroons membership inclusions for 2024
- Click on the 'join now' link and follow the prompts to complete payment by 11.59pm, Tuesday 30 April 2024.
The winning member will be randomly drawn and contacted in early May 2024.
Your prize
In late June 2024, the prize winner will receive:
- A 2024 Cowboys jersey, signed by the 2024 NRL Cowboys.
- A 2024 Maroons jersey, signed by a member of the 2024 Queensland State of Origin squad.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Promoter is Cowboys Rugby League Football Limited, the Hutchinson Builders Centre, 26 Graham Murray Place, Railway Estate QLD 4810. ABN: 28 060 382 961.
2. In these terms and conditions, we will refer to the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys as ‘the Promoter’, ‘Cowboys’, ‘us’, ‘we', ‘our’. We will refer to an entrant as ‘Member’, ‘entrant’, ‘you’ and ‘your’.
3. Information on how to enter the Competition and the Prize form part of these Terms and Conditions; participation in the Competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the entrant.
4. By entering this competition, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and will comply.
5. Nothing in these term and conditions amends, limits or excludes any rights or remedies that an entrant may have under the Australian Consumer Law which cannot lawfully be amended, limited or excluded.
6. The Promotion commences 12.00pm, Tuesday 14 November 2023 and closes at 11.59pm, Tuesday 30 April 2024.
7. The prize will be drawn and the winners contacted by the Promoter by phone during business hours on Wednesday 1 May 2024.
ELIGIBILITY
8. Directors, officers, management and employees of the Promoter (and their immediate families), or agencies or companies associated with or connected to the provision of the Competition in any way, are ineligible to enter.
9. Entry is open to new 2024 Dual Cowboys Maroons members AND existing Cowboys Dual Cowboys Maroons members who renew for 2024.
10. Cowboys members who downgrade from ticketed membership to Dual Cowboys Maroons membership from the 2023 to the 2024 season are not eligible.
11. One Member will be chosen from all new and renewed Dual Cowboys Maroons members to win the prize.
12. Corporate members are not eligible.
13. Any Member with an account in financial arrears is not eligible.
14. We reserve the right to require the return of any merchandise or benefits supplied as part of the prize if a winner's membership account falls into arrears or is cancelled for any reason. In the event that the Member cannot or does not return the merchandise or benefits, we will issue an invoice for the amount.
15. If no eligible entries are received in a membership category, it is up to the Promoters discretion as to whether an alternative winner will be selected from another category.
PRIZE
16. The prize consists of:
a. a 2024 Cowboys men's jersey signed by the NRL Cowboys
b. a 2024 Maroons men's jersey, signed by a member of the Queensland Maroons squad.
17. Any travel, accommodation or out of pocket costs accrued by the winner to participate in the promotion will be at their own expense.
18. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or credit and is non transferable.
19. The prize will be conferred following the commencement of the 2024 NRL State of Origin series, in June 2024 or later.
METHOD OF ENTRY
20. There is no entry fee to enter the competition.
21. To enter, a customer must join as a new Dual Cowboys Maroons member for the 2024 season OR renew as a Dual Cowboys Maroons member for the 2024 season, by 11.59pm, Tuesday 30 April 2024.
22. Entries are deemed to be submitted at the time they are received by the Promoter's database.
23. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence, whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, technical disruptions, network congestion, communications failure or otherwise.
24. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including, without limitation, costs incurred.
MARKETING PERMISSION
25. Entrants must agree to have their email address added to the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys marketing subscriptions list to be eligible to enter.
26. Members can unsubscribe from the Cowboys marketing subscriptions list at any time via the Cowboys preference centre or contacting us on 1300 462 692.
27. By entering this competition, Members and their guests give consent to Cowboys Rugby League Football Limited, its affiliates and agents, to use your image and likeness and/or any interview statements in our publications, advertising or other media activities (including the Internet), without compensation or other remuneration, now or in the future.
28. If any part of a Prize is unavailable, for any reason (including unforeseeable or other special circumstances), the Promoter, in its absolute and sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize or any part of the Prize for a prize of equal value and/or specification.
29. To the extent permitted by law the Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the suitability of the Prize and no compensation will be payable if, for any reason, the Winner is unable to use the Prize as stated.
30. If there is a dispute as to claiming the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, to determine the outcome of the dispute.
31. We may cancel one or all of the competition inclusions if an event outside our reasonable control occurs that impacts or may impact on the relevant inclusion including, but not limited to, fire, storm, flood, tsunami, earthquake, explosion, war, invasion, rebellion, sabotage, epidemic, pandemic (including the Covid-19 pandemic), government intervention or orders (whether mandatory or recommended), labour dispute, labour shortage, failure or delay in transportation and act or omission of any third person (including the NRL, subcontractors, customers, governments or government agencies) (each such event a “Force Majeure Event”).
32. If a Force Majeure Event occurs that affects the competition inclusions, or the ability for the competition to be held, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify you. However, where the event is sudden or last-minute, this may not be possible. While we do not offer compensation for any costs incurred by entrants to participate in the competition if it is cancelled in whole or in part due to Force Majeure Events.
