How is the scheduling determined for matches?

The Cowboys submit match requests to the NRL that are most suitable to our members and supporters; however, it is ultimately at the discretion of the NRL the time slots we are allocated for the season.

When are game dates & times confirmed?

The NRL releases the following season’s draw late in the year (after the Grand Final).

Where can I get help to find accommodation in Townsville on the night of a home game?

How do I get to and from the stadium on game day?

Queensland Country Bank Stadium is located in the heart of Townsville CBD, bordered by Saunders and Rooney Streets. There are a range of transport options available at Queensland Country Bank Stadium, from walking, catching a free bus, taxi and rideshare options, drive or drop off and accessibility zones. Is there parking available at the stadium?

With on-site car parking to be mainly limited to service vehicles, members and fans can take advantage of public transport and CBD parking. Arrangements for Cowboys game day parking at Queensland Country Bank Stadium are coming soon.

Can I smoke and drink at the stadium?

Queensland Country Bank Stadium is a smoke free venue. No food or drink will be permitted to leave the venue. Alcohol may only be consumed in clearly marked areas of the Stadium. Please note that both the venue and catering company actively practice the responsible service of alcohol and will take action against patrons who breach regulations. What can I bring into the stadium?

Can you make a birthday/congratulatory announcement for me at a home game?

We’re unfortunately unable to offer public announcements of this nature on game night, due to the volume of information we are already committed to presenting.

What if my tickets are lost or stolen?

Full season members: contact the Cowboys membership team on 1300 462 692 (option 1), 8.30am-5pm Monday-Thursday, 9am-4pm Friday. The Cowboys membership team can arrange for tickets to be reprinted for a small fee and left for collection at membership window. Single game ticket holders: contact Ticketmaster on 1300 446 925 or visit a Ticketmaster agency to advise of a lost or stolen single game ticket. Where do I collect pre-purchased tickets?

If your tickets were purchased online or via phone, they will be available for collection from the Ticketmaster outlet at Stockland Townsville or the Queensland Country Bank Stadium ticket office on game day. 

Who should I contact for other questions about ticketing?

2022 Cowboys members: contact the membership team on 1300 462 692 (option 1) for any ticketing queries. Single game ticket holders: call Ticketmaster on 1300 446 925. 

How can I obtain a player autograph?

The best place to obtain player signatures is at scheduled functions such as public or members’ events; alternatively there are opportunities to meet players after a home game at the Cowboys Leagues Club. Requests for signatures can also be submitted via our online requests process. Note: preference is given to Cowboys members; all signature requests are subject to our autograph policy.

Can I request a player appearance?

Player appearances are subject to our player appearance policy – please refer to our appearance request page.

Do the Cowboys have any open training sessions?

The Cowboys hold open training sessions during the season (subject to team availability). Open training sessions will be advertised on the Cowboys website, social channels and in member communications.

Where can I purchase Cowboys merchandise?

Cowboys merchandise can be purchased at the Cowboys Team Shop (Cowboys Leagues Club, Flinders Mall, Townsville), online at cowboysteamshop.com.au, and at the stadium merchandise outlets on game day. The Cowboys merchandise van also travels to selected events – these will be advertised on the Cowboys website, social channels and in member communications. 

Can I get a copy of the official Cowboys logo for personal use?

The supply and use of the official club logo and associated marks are restricted to commercial partners and stakeholders.

How do I send in a Cowboys fan pic for the Cowboys website or Facebook page?

Email cowboys@cowboys.com.au with your photo (as an attachment) and authorisation for the photo to be used for Cowboys promotion and publication on digital/social channels.

How can I sign up as a member?

To join or renew as a 2022 Cowboys member, please visit membership.cowboys.com.au, call our membership team on 1300 462 692 (option 1) or visit us at the Hutchinson Builders Centre, 26 Graham Murray Place, Railway Estate.

I’m a member of the Cowboys Leagues Club – does that make me a North Queensland Toyota Cowboys member?

The Cowboys Leagues Club membership, and the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys (football club) membership are two separate membership products, and are therefore not interchangeable. However, as part of your North Queensland Toyota Cowboys membership, you receive a complimentary membership to the Cowboys Leagues Club (subject to terms and conditions of entry), valued at $11. You can also upgrade your Cowboys Leagues Club membership to include a North Queensland Toyota Cowboys membership – ask at Leagues Club reception for your application form.
