REQUEST PROCESS

All requests for player autographs should be submitted through the online community request form.

The North Queensland Toyota Cowboys may approve or deny applications for autographs at their discretion.

If your application for autographing is successful, you will be notified and you may send in your merchandise via post or person to the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys.

Your package must include a self-addressed, postage paid package for the return of your item.

The North Queensland Toyota Cowboys will not be responsible for damaged or lost items.

On the approval of an application, a maximum of one (1) item may be autographed.

Scheduled autograph sessions are held periodically. These sessions will not include full team signatures on items.

The club does not accept any merchandise sent in without prior approval. All unapproved items will be returned to the addressee unsigned. Alternatively, you can attend an open training session or fan/community day throughout the year to secure signatures. Please check our website for dates of these events.
