Official Cowboys Vegas Events Frequently Asked Questions
How many events will there be?
There will be three separate official club functions Cowboys fans can attend:
- The Muster – Thursday, 26 February, prior to NRL Fan Fest, featuring a full squad appearance.
- The Round Up – Thursday, 26 February, the official Cowboys NRL Fan Fest Afterparty.
- The Vegas Stampede – Saturday, 28 February, official Cowboys Pre-Match Function, including the Cowboys Stampede to Allegiant Stadium.
Who is running the official Cowboys events?
Official Cowboys events are hosted by a third party. The Muster is hosted by CBT Travel, while The Round Up and The Vegas Stampede are hosted by We Elevate Marketing. For any enquiries regarding each event, please contact the addresses below:

Do I need to buy a ticket to attend?
Each of the official Cowboys functions are ticketed events, tickets can be purchased below:
Entry will not be permitted to any of the above events without a valid ticket. There are no limits on how many tickets can be purchased per person.
Will I receive a physical ticket for the event/s, or will my name be on the door?
Guests who purchase a ticket for The Round Up and The Vegas Stampede events will receive a mobile e-ticket to show on arrival.
Is there an age limit for the events?
Guests of all ages are welcome at both The Muster and The Vegas Stampede events, however guests must be aged 21+ to enter The Round Up event following NRL Fan Fest.
Where can I see the team?
The best opportunity to see the team will be at The Muster event on Thursday, 26 February, where the full squad will be in attendance. Tickets for The Muster can be purchased HERE.
Alternatively, there will also be a Cowboys signing session at the NRL’s Fan Hub on Wednesday 25 February from 3-5pm.
The Cowboys squad will also be at NRL Fan Fest on Thursday, 26 February, scheduled to go on-stage at 6.20pm.

I purchased a Cowboys Travel Package, does this include any events?
Members and Fans who purchased an Official Cowboys Travel Package through CBT Travel will receive a ticket to The Muster event as part of their package. If you have not received your ticket, please contact cowboys@cbtravel.com.au.
Please note, travel packages purchased through other vendors, including the NRL (TripADeal), will not receive a ticket to any Cowboys Functions.
Do I need to be a Cowboys Member to attend?
All Cowboys fans are welcome to attend each event, simply purchase a ticket to secure your spot. You can still stand with the Cowboys in the name of the North HERE.
Will there be any other opportunities to mingle with Cowboys fans?
Cowboys fans are encouraged to head to the Official Cowboys Home Ground Bar in Vegas, located in Beer Park at Paris Las Vegas.
Is food & beverage included with each of the events?
Yes, each event ticket includes a food and/or beverage package:
- The Muster: 3-hour event, catered with Tapas/Canape style food and premium beverage package, including Beer/Wine/Spirits/Soft Drinks
- The Round Up: 3-hour event, with premium beverage package, including Beer/Wine/Seltzer/Soft Drinks
- The Vegas Stampede: 2-hour event, with all-you-can-eat buffet and full open bar, serving beer, wine and premium mixed drinks.
Will there be a Cowboys Stampede in Vegas similar to Cowboys Home Games?
The Vegas Stampede pre-match event will culminate in the Cowboys Stampede, led by members of the Townsville Drum Collective from WSKY Stadium Bar & Grill to Allegiant Stadium. Stay tuned for further details on assembly times and location.
Will there be any other opportunities to see the team before game day?
A full squad signing session will be held at the NRL’s Fan Hub on Wednesday, 25 February from 3-5pm. Fans can also see each of the competing teams and catch all the action at NRL Fan Fest on Thursday, 26 February, where the Cowboys are due on-stage at 6.20pm.
Cowboys fans are encouraged to head to the Official Cowboys Home Ground Bar in Vegas, located in Beer Park at Paris Las Vegas, where they can have the opportunity to meet Cowboys personalities throughout the week.
What is NRL Fan Fest?
Held at the iconic Fremont Street, NRL Las Vegas Fan Fest is a free event for travelling rugby league fans, providing an opportunity for fans to meet and interact with all 8 competing teams.
The Cowboys are scheduled to be on-stage at 6.20pm, further details, including entertainment and giveaways will be released by the NRL closer to the event at nrl.com/vegas.
Are there any entry restrictions for Allegiant Stadium?
Yes, there are a number of additional restrictions at Allegiant Stadium compared to Cowboys home games. Cowboys fans can find out all the essential information HERE.
Is there any Cowboys Vegas Merchandise?
The Cowboys Official Vegas Range, including the limited edition Vegas Jersey, is now available at the Cowboys Team Shop, both in-store and online.
Cowboys fans are encouraged to get their merchandise prior to travelling, with only a very limited range of items set to be available in the United States.
Will there be any local events in North Queensland?
The Cowboys Leagues Club will be hosting the Viva Las Cowboys watch party on Sunday 1 March (AEST), bringing together Cowboys fans to watch the historic the season opener.
