Here's what you need to know!
Our 2026 NRL membership packs have started arriving in letterboxes across the country, and we know whenever packs roll out, a few questions usually follow.
If you’ve received your pack (or you’re still waiting), here’s a quick rundown of the most common questions we’re hearing from our members right now.
I’m expecting more than one pack – will they arrive together?
Not always. If your household includes multiple members, or if you hold different membership types, packs may arrive in separate deliveries. If one pack has arrived and another hasn’t, sit tight, the rest won’t be far behind.
Why did my pack arrive before someone else’s?
Membership packs are sent in batches, based on when your membership was purchased or when your renewal was processed. This means some members will receive their packs earlier than others. Rest assured, if your membership is confirmed, your pack is on its way.
Why do my pack items look different to my friend’s?
Membership pack inclusions vary depending on your membership type such as full season, supporter or multi-game, and whether you’re an adult or junior member.
Full season members also have the option to select a Team Shop voucher or merchandise pack. If you didn’t select an option when completing your payment or renewal, you will automatically receive a merchandise pack.

I’ve received my membership pack, but I don’t have a physical membership card?
Full season members will receive a physical membership card inside their pack for use at the gates across all 12 home games in 2026.
All other membership types (non-ticketed and multi-game) will receive a digital membership card to access Cowboys member benefits and rewards. Digital cards will be sent out shortly and can be easily downloaded straight to your smartphone. Keep an eye on your inbox.
If you do have tickets as part of your membership you can log into your MyCowboys account before your selected home games to download to your device.
I need to update my delivery or personal details – what should I do?
If you’ve recently changed your address or noticed an error in your details, the best thing to do is get in touch with our Membership Team as soon as possible.
The earlier we know, the more likely we can help before future items are issued or sent out.
I changed seats for 2026 and my member card reflects the old seats, can I still use my card?
For members who changed seats for 2026, the physical card with old seat details can no longer be used. However, a digital membership card with the updated seating will be available in mid‑March, and it can be used in exactly the same way.
My lanyard is missing from my pack
Some members didn’t receive lanyards because the warehouse temporarily ran out of stock. We now have additional lanyards available at Cowboys HQ for collection, which may help reassure anyone who missed out.
If you think something else might be missing, please get in touch with our team as soon as you can and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.
My membership automatically renewed - what do I get?
Renewing members will receive the same item they selected last year (either the Cowboys Team Shop voucher or the merchandise pack), unless they’ve asked to change it. If you'd like to update your inclusion, please contact the team and we’ll be glad to assist.
