Roache named for Henry-coached Kiwi Ferns

North Queensland Toyota Cowboys NRLW Head Coach Ricky Henry has named Abigail Roache in his 21-player Kiwi Ferns squad for this month's Pacific Championships.

In her first season with the Cowboys, Roache averaged a career best 101 running metres and scored three tries, including a double in a 26-0 win over the Raiders in Round 4.

The Kiwi Ferns open their campaign against Samoa on October 19, before taking on the Jillaroos a fortnight later at Eden Park.
