Your North Queensland Toyota Cowboys are set to embark on their first ever NRLW finals campaign!
Cowboys fans are gearing up for what is set to be the hottest ticket in town – a home Semi Final to kick off the 2025 NRL Telstra Women’s Premiership finals series. The Cowboys will host the Sharks at Queensland Country Bank Stadium on Saturday 20 September at 4.15pm.
While tickets aren’t yet available, fans and members should get ready to be a part of history.
Please note, the NRL will handle ticketing for this event, so the process will differ from regular Cowboys home games. There are no in-person outlets available for ticket sales in Townville.
Here’s everything you need to know to get finals ready.
COWBOYS MEMBERS PRE-SALE
Cowboys Members' Pre-Sale – 1PM Monday 15 September
Cowboys members will receive first priority access to an NRL pre-sale window from 1.00pm Monday 15 September 2025.
A link and Member Pre-Sale Password will be sent to members before the NRL pre-sale opens from membership@email.cowboys.com.au. Members are urged to ensure membership@email.cowboys.com.au is listed as a safe-sender in their email accounts.
GENERAL PUBLIC ON SALE
Cowboys fans – 4PM Monday 15 September
Tickets will go on sale to the public at 4.00pm Monday 15 September 2025 at www.nrl.com.au/tickets.
Fans are urged to create an account on the Ticketmaster website as soon as possible and make a note of their log in details.
The club has warned that Ticketmaster is the only official ticketing provider for the home final at Queensland Country Bank Stadium.

Bigpond email delays
We are aware of an issue affecting Bigpond email accounts which causes some of our membership emails to be blocked or delayed (including breaking news and ticketing information). Unfortunately, this issue is outside of our control.
We suggest members with Bigpond accounts consider establishing an alternative email (i.e. with a free service such as Gmail) to receive our membership emails in a timely fashion. Log in to your MyCowboys Account to update your email address.
Ticket allocation
Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis, with the western stand set to be reserved seating and the northern and eastern stands general admission (members will not be given the opportunity to reserve their regular season seats).

WHAT IS THE NRLW FINALS FORMAT?
With the NRLW competition expanding to 12 teams, this year sees the top 6 teams progress through to the finals series.
- Week 1: The team in ladder position 3rd will host 6th, and 4th will host 5th.
- Week 2: Ladder position 1st and 2nd will host the winners from Week 1
- Week 3: The winners from Week 2 will face off in the NRLW Grand Final.
