The North Queensland Toyota Cowboys will sport a bold new look when they take the field for the final home game of the year, with the unveiling of the glowing Northern Lights jersey.
Capping off the club’s 30th anniversary season, the release of the Northern Lights jersey introduces a game-changing innovation in jersey design – a first in major Australasian sport.

In collaboration with apparel partner Dynasty Sport, the groundbreaking concept fuses the club’s identity with modern technology, aiming to pay tribute to the Cowboys as a guiding force in the North Queensland region.
Taking inspiration from the jagged edges of the iconic Cowboys bullhorns, the striking design across the front and back of the jersey features custom fluorescent ink developed by Dynasty Sport, allowing the jersey to glow when shone under blue UV light, unlike anything seen before.
Retail editions of the jersey see the introduction of dual-pigment silicone badges, with the Cowboys and NRL Telstra Premiership emblems across the chest continuing to proudly glow in the dark.
In a show of support, all of the Cowboys on-kit partners, including principal partner Toyota, as well as Bravus Mining & Resources, Dynasty Sport, YETI, TAFE Queensland, XXXX, McDonalds and Ricky Richards, have incorporated the fluorescent colourway to collectively support the initiative.

Cowboys fans can look forward to a special game day when the team don the Northern Lights jersey for the Round 26 NRL clash against the Broncos at Queensland Country Bank Stadium, with the much-anticipated XXXX Derby set to light up the north.
