Westpac NSW Blues squad announced for Origin I

Westpac NSW Blues coach Laurie Daley has named one debutant in his 20-man squad for the opening game of the 2025 Ampol State of Origin series at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane on Wednesday 28 May.

Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs prop Max King, 28, has been named to make his debut on the bench.

Penrith Panthers and Australian captain Isaah Yeo will become the 22nd player to lead the Blues, with Daley selecting him as NSW skipper for the first time.

The 20-man squad includes three emergencies, with Campbell Graham (South Sydney Rabbitohs) joining Stefano Utoikamanu (Melbourne Storm) and Haumole Olakau’atu (Manly Warringah Sea Eagles).
