Dally M Medal wrap: Jye and mighty; DCE delivers

Another classy display from Rabbitohs fullback Jye Gray has seen him shoot to the lead in the race for the 2025 Dally M Medal.

Gray ran for 172 metres and had six tackle breaks as the Bunnies stunned premiers Penrith 28-18 at Accor Stadium to open Round 4.

The Rabbitohs No.1 holds a one-point lead over Canterbury's Connor Tracey, who picked up three votes in his side's impressive victory over the Sharks.

Sea Eagles skipper Daly Cherry-Evans finished a tumultuous week in the best possible way with maximum Dally M votes in Manly's 26-12 victory over the Eels in front of the Brookvale faithful.
