The North Queensland Toyota Cowboys have added experienced assistant coach Justin Morgan to Todd Payten’s staff for the 2024 season.
A talented forward, Morgan appeared in 133 games across nine seasons for the Eels, Raiders and Warriors. He also represented Wales Internationally.
As a coach, Morgan rose to prominence in the UK, leading the Hull Kingston Rovers to promotion to the Super League in 2006.
In seven seasons as a coach at the Rovers, Morgan’s teams won 99 of 178 games.
In the NRL, Morgan has been an assistant at the Raiders, Storm and most recently the Warriors.
“We’re thrilled to be able to secure an assistant coach of Justin’s experience for 2024,” Luck said.
“Justin is one the highest regarded assistant coaches in the NRL and comes to us after doing a remarkable job with the Warriors this year.”
