2. 2012, Round 2: Cowboys 28 / Broncos 26 at Suncorp Stadium.
3. 2016, Semi-Final: Cowboys 26 / Broncos 20 at 1300SMILES Stadium.
4. 2021, Round 9: Cowboys 19 / Broncos 18 at Queensland Country Bank Stadium.
5. 2022, Round 3: Cowboys 38 / Broncos 12 at Suncorp Stadium.
Competition terms and conditions:
• Competition opens 7pm Thursday 3 August 2023 and closes 11.59pm Sunday 6 August 2023.
· Entry method:
a) Go to https://comps.cowboys.com.au/tb_app/490568# and vote for your preferred Cowboys v Broncos Derby Moment.
b) Complete all the required data entry fields on the entry form.
c) Entry is limited to one (1) entry per entrant per each entry period.
d) The competition is advertised via the big screen during Cowboys v Broncos on Saturday 5 August and on the Cowboys social media channels leading into the game.
e) During the competition period, participants will be able to participate in the voting survey, where they will be required to answer one question and provide their contact details to be eligible to be in the running for the Prize.
• Entry eligibility requirements:
a) Entry is open to all ages; however, any entrant under 18 years of age must have their parent/guardian consent to enter the Promotion.
b) If the entrant is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or legal guardian.
• Selection of winners:
a) The Promotion is a game of chance. All valid entries will be entered into the applicable random computerised draw.
b) One winner will be randomly drawn from the entries gathered and notified by email / phone by Friday 11 August.
c) Prizes will be mailed to the winners within 7 business days of the winner providing their postal address to the Promoter.
d) The Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Unclaimed prizes:
a) All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winners. If the Prize is not claimed by the winner by the Unclaimed Prize Date as per the unclaimed date schedule, it will be awarded to another person via a random computerised second chance draw.
b) The winners of the second chance draw, if any, will be notified in writing within 2 business days of the Unclaimed Prize redraw.
c) If any winner chooses not to take their prize, or is unable to, or does not take or claim a prize by the time specified by the Promoter, or is unavailable, they forfeit the prize and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the prize.
Unclaimed date schedule:
a) The unclaimed prize date is Friday 25 August.
Prize Pool:
1 x 2023 Cowboys home jersey signed by the 2023 NRL Cowboys squad members.
Total prize pool value = $600
Terms applicable to the prize:
a) The prize can not be refunded or exchanged.
b) The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers.
c) Once the Prize has left the Promoter’s/Prize supplier’s premises, the Promoter and the Relevant Parties will not be responsible for any delay in delivery or loss or damage to the Prize.
Privacy and communication:
a) The Cowboys’ primary means of communication is email however we may also need to contact you by phone or other methods about matters relating to your participating in the promotion. You must inform us of any changes to your contact details and make sure your contact details are complete and correct.
b) Entrants can unsubscribe from Cowboys emails at anytime by visiting the https://nq.cowboys.com.au/preference-centre.html or following the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every Cowboys email.
c) We will need to collect personal information from you (such as your name and email address). In providing this information to us, you agree to the terms of the Cowboys’ privacy policy, which you can view here: Privacy Policy
d) Each entrant must ensure that any other person whose personal details have been provided by the entrant to the Promoter for the purposes of the entrant’s participation in this Promotion has given their express consent for their details to be provided to the Promoter and any of the Related Parties and to be contacted by the Promoter or any of the Related Parties in relation to this Promotion.
