Members and supporters will have the opportunity to see their North Queensland Toyota Cowboys in the lead up to the first match of the Pre-Season Challenge!
The challenge team, expected to include the next generation of young and exciting Cowboys, will meet with the Cairns community in the days before to the highly anticipated first match up against the newest NRL team, the Dolphins on Sunday 12 February.
On Friday, 10 February, Cowboys will be hosting and visiting up-to 10 local schools across multiple community and game development initiatives. White Rock State School, Woree State School, Cairns West State School, Balaclava State School, St Gerard Majella, Bentley Park College, Caravonica State School, Yorkeys Knob State School and Newman College will be visited by players throughout the day!
Hone your rugby league skills on Friday afternoon at the Skills and Drills Clinic held at Newman College! Meet and learn from Cowboys players ahead of their first pre-season trial match with this invitational session, suitable for ages 12-17.
On Saturday 11 February supporters will have ample opportunity to meet with the selected team at activations hosted at Manoora McDonalds, Pacific Toyota and Barlow Park. The Cowboys Development team will also be on the ground up north, running selected local talent through the Far North Queensland 'Greenhorns' Academy.
