Cowboys HQ bees knees for orthopaedic surgeon

The Hutchinson Builders Centre is quickly becoming home to healthy knees, shoulders, hips and toes, with Dr Andrew Stillwell taking up a dedicated tenancy in the North’s leading sports excellence facility.

North Queensland Toyota Cowboys CEO Jeff Reibel said Dr Stillwell’s tenancy was one of many in a long-term plan to establish the club’s home as a world-class ecosystem for high-performance training, sports science and medicine in the region.

“As a sought-after orthopaedic surgeon with a special interest in sports surgery and knee and shoulder reconstructions, Dr Stillwell is the perfect fit for the growing number of sports excellence specialists calling Cowboys HQ their home,” Jeff said.

“Having previously consulted out of the adjacent rooms at Townsville Orthopaedics & Sports Surgery, we’re thrilled Dr Stillwell has shored up his support for the centre with his dedicated tenancy.”

“We also know Dr Stillwell will be a great cultural fit, having been born and raised in nearby Charters Towers and loving all things footy, camping and fishing.”

The good doctor joins North Queensland Physiotherapy Centre, Sports Clinic NQ and James Cook University as a sports excellence service within the purpose-built facility.
