All fun and games for Drinky at Kirwan State School
It's not every day you get to learn the game from an NRL pro, and year 5 and 6 Kirwan State Primary School students made the most of skills and drills with Cowboy Scott Drinkwater on his Adopt-a-School visit, supported by Bravus. The school rugby league team, playing in the Thuringowa interschool comp, had plenty of time on the park with the Cowboys fullback before he joined students for a lesson in media and games in the classroom.
North Queensland Cowboys respect and honour the Traditional Custodians of the land and pay our respects to their Elders past, present and future. We acknowledge the stories, traditions and living cultures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples on the lands we meet, gather and play on.
