Join us for an engaging presentation where you can learn more about the principles of GEM (gratitude, empathy/kindness, mindfulness) and how individuals and families can practise these in everyday life.

Plus the first 10 people to arrive at each event receive a free The Resilience Project 21-day or family journal! (limit one journal per family)
