The most anticipated home game clash of the season saw a total of 22,222 patrons walk through the gates at Queensland Country Bank Stadium on 8 May 2021. The Cowboys retained the XXXX Derby champion title with a thrilling 1 point-victory off the back of a Holmes field goal.
