Jerseys go under the hammer for charity

Bidding is now open for the unique North Queensland Toyota Cowboys Women in League jerseys, in the final themed round jersey auction for Season 2021.

BID NOW – Women in League jersey auction

The Women in League jerseys mark the 15th NRL Women in League Round, this year recognising the role models in the game who are playing their part to create gender equality in rugby league.

The round 22 match played at Queensland Country Bank Stadium featured many of the club’s rising stars with a youthful backline taking the field including the two debutants, Neame and Nanai, alongside second-rowers Heilum Luki and Ben Condon.

This year's Ken Stephen Medal nominee Tom Gilbert also took the field, while fan favourites Valentine Holmes and Kyle Feldt have also put their jerseys under the hammer.

For your chance to own a jersey worn by the next generation of North Queensland talent, or one of the club’s current crop of superstars, bid now at cowboys.com.au/auction.

On auction:

  • 15 match-worn, player-signed jerseys
  • Jerseys each signed by debutants Jeremiah Nanai (try on debut) and Griffin Neame
  • Team-signed jersey

Proceeds from the auction go towards the ON OUR WAY TO $20k fundraising campaign with the goal to raise $20,000 across two Women in League game day activations.

Funds raised will support the NRL Cowboys house Girls campus, managed by the Cowboys Community Foundation, a community-owned charity established by the Cowboys to improve employment, health and social outcomes for young North Queenslanders through education-based programs.

The campaign has already raised $3,500 through the 50-50 Charity Raffle.

Bidding closes at 12pm on Tuesday, August 24.
