Seven current and former North Queensland Toyota Cowboys will take to the field today in what promises to be a massive day of rugby league.
Dan Russell, 23, has been named in the second row for the Papua New Guinea Kumuls Test match Great Britain in Port Moresby.
The game kicks off at 5.30pm (Qld) and is being broadcast live on 9GEM.
Meanwhile, Matt Sing headlines a list of former Cowboys that will take part in the third annual Legends of League tournament in Newcastle.
Sing, who scored 73 tries in 104 appearances for North Queensland, will run out for a Barbarians team that includes Steve Menzies, Amos Roberts and Michael Crocker.
The Barbarians opening match will see them take on a Broncos outfit boasting former Cowboys Kevin Campion, Ben Hannant, Scott Prince, Ashton Sims and Julian O’Neill.
All games will be live-streamed on the NRL’s Facebook page from 12pm (Qld).
