Jake Granville’s durability has been an invaluable asset during his tenure at the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys and his 2019 campaign only enhanced his reputation as one of the game’s toughest players.
The Cowboys dummy-half was one of just four Cowboys to appear in every game this season, which marked the fifth time in as many years he has played at least 24 games.
Granville again shouldered a huge workload, playing at least 65 minutes on 14 different occasions.
The 30-year-old finished as the Cowboys leading tackler and 13th in the NRL with 897 at an average of 37 a game.
His best performance came in a crucial Round 8 victory over the Titans when he registered a try, a try assist and 32 tackles in just 49 minutes.
