North Queensland Toyota Cowboys feeder club the Townsville Blackhawks have drawn the top of the table Sunshine Coast Falcons in next week's opening round of the Queensland Cup playoffs.
The qualifying final will take place at 2pm on Sunday, September 8 at Sunshine Coast Stadium, with the winner booking themselves a week off and a home preliminary final in week three.
The Blackhawks under 20s side, who finished the season in first place, will also meet the Falcons in the curtain-raiser at Sunshine Coast Stadium at 12.15pm.
Meanwhile, the Mackay Cutters under 20s (5th) travel to Piggabeen Sports Complex to take on the Tweed Seagulls (8th) in an elimination final at 1.40pm on Sunday.
